Mark St. Peter
Born and raised in the Bay Area and deeply rooted in Phoenix, Arizona, where his grandparents originally came from, Mark St. Peter felt privileged to live in the area. Yet, with time, he couldn’t resist the allure of the year-round sun the desert offers.
Mark and his wife, Lillie, welcomed their second son after he spent five years providing real estate services in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties. With a growing family, they felt there was no better time to move and settle in the growing state of Arizona. The level of detail and work that went into moving a family of four gave Mark deep insights into how overwhelming, and stressful relocating to a new state could be. As a real estate agent, he leverages his experience to help people moving from out of state to settle in seamlessly.
Mark embarked on his real estate journey in California, working with investors to help them take advantage of investment opportunities and gain the best deal possible. After honing his skills, he expanded his services to assist sellers in marketing their properties and connecting them with suitably qualified buyers. He was recognized as a top salesperson at W Real Estate in 2019 and 2020, having logged $28 million in sales volume.
With a tenacious work ethic, keen attention to detail, and Midas touch in customer service, he strives to achieve the utmost client satisfaction. He helps buyers, sellers and investors navigate the real estate process in a stress-free process.
Mark looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs with personalized and professional representation. He provides open communication, prompt feedback, and easy access to properties through cutting-edge technology. His mission is to provide a reliable and efficient service, as well as keeping past clients up to date on their neighborhood and property values long after their purchase is complete.
When he is not serving clients, you can find Mark at the Camelback Village gym each morning, meeting friends for dinner (If you’re new to the area, ask me about my favorite places to eat), or spending time with his wife of 8 years, two sons, their 20 chickens, and their not so Minnie pig, Boots.
